Date: | Read: 62

The technical requirements of High And Low Voltage Distribution Cabinets are as follows:

1. All electrical components in the distribution box meet the IEC309-1 and IE3C309-2 and DINEN60309, CEE17 international standards, and GB11918-2001 and CB11919-2001 standards. Electrical switches and other components use ABB or Schneider products. The component type and quantity configuration meet the requirements.

2. The structure of the distribution box, the installation of electrical components, and the layout of the circuit must be safe and reliable, easy to operate and easy to maintain.

3. The distribution box should be equipped with a lock and key stainless steel cabinet. There are inner and outer cabinet doors.

4. The distribution box adopts bottom inlet and bottom outlet, and has 4 knock-out holes with a diameter of 35mm and a sufficient number of rubber gaskets.

5. The distribution box is installed on the wall, and the protection level of the distribution box is IP30 (acid-proof, corrosion-proof and waterproof).

6. The distribution box adopts stainless steel box, and the box thickness is not less than 2mm; the box size is 450*550*180, which is determined according to the components in the box. It requires reasonable layout, reserved maintenance space, and convenient wiring.

7. The components in the box are arranged as 1 32A air switch (three-pole, total power supply), 9 16A spaces (single-pole), and 4 20A air switches (two-pole). Zero row, ground row, incoming line terminal, complete wiring, and clear markings.

8. The box has a nameplate indicating the lighting distribution box.

9. The edges and corners of the cabinet should be polished and smooth.
