Maintenance And Precautions Of Low Voltage Distribution Cabinet
The rated current of the low-voltage distribution cabinet is AC 50Hz, and the rated voltage is 380V. The distribution system is used for power, lighting and power distribution. The product has the characteristics of strong breaking capacity, good dynamic thermal stability, flexible electrical scheme, convenient combination, strong series and practicality, and novel structure. When repairing the low-voltage distribution cabinet, you should also pay attention to the corresponding matters.
High And Low Voltage Distribution Cabinets Maintenance
1. Before operation, follow the following steps: disconnect the load on the low-voltage side one by one, disconnect the circuit breaker on the high-voltage side, close the grounding switch, and lock the high-voltage switch cabinet. And hang a signboard on the handle of the switch cabinet that says "Do not close the switch, someone is working", then short-circuit the busbar with a wire of more than 10mm² and hang the grounding wire, and tighten the busbar screws.
2. Maintenance operation steps: clean the busbar contact again, apply power compound grease, tighten with new spring gasket screws, check whether there are any abnormalities in the insulators and spacing connections between the busbars, and check the reliability of the connection of the secondary winding terminals of the current, voltage, and transformer.
3. Inspection and testing before power supply: remove all grounding wires and short-circuit wires, check whether there are any tools left at the work site, and after confirming that there are no errors, close the isolating switch, disconnect the high-voltage side grounding switch, close the high-voltage side circuit breaker of the operating transformer, remove the signboard, and supply power to the transformer. Then close the circuit breaker of the low-voltage side receiving cabinet, supply power to the busbar, and finally close the relevant contact cabinets and automatic air switches of each branch.
Precautions:
1. Special personnel must be assigned to monitor during the maintenance process.
2. Electricity must be tested before work.
3. Maintenance personnel should be familiar with and operate the electrical and mechanical interlocking of the entire distribution cabinet.
4. During maintenance, it is necessary to understand in detail which lines are double-wire power supply.
5. When inspecting the busbar, the residual charge in the line should be fully discharged.
