In the Powbinet internal wiring structure, the busbar system typically uses copper busbars as the conductive connection medium to connect the main busbar to each circuit switchgear. The fabrication and installation of copper busbars must strictly adhere to the specifications listed in the drawings, processing according to the busbar cross-section, bending requirements, and corresponding phases, and marking them with colors or phase numbers for identification.

After the copper busbars are removed from the warehouse, their surfaces should be properly protected. After the cutting, bending, and shearing processes are completed, the copper busbars need to be straightened to ensure that the accuracy of horizontal and vertical bends meets the specified standards, and the cut ends should be checked for burrs or deformation.
