The Cold Shrink Cable Accessories cold-shrink cable accessory uses liquid silicone rubber or EPDM elastic material, factory injection molding and vulcanization, followed by a diameter expansion and plastic spiral support system for the outer shell. During installation, simply slip the pre-expanded part onto the cable end, pull out the support spiral, and the accessory will elastically retract to fit snugly against the cable body.
The surface material of the cold-shrink cable accessory is naturally hydrophobic. Water droplets falling on its surface will quickly roll off, preventing the formation of a continuous water film. Even in humid or rainy environments, the insulation surface remains dry.
