A Brief Discussion On The Use Of Household Wall Switches

In many homes, the control of lights and power relies heavily on the Wall Switch button. Over the years, our hands constantly touch this button, yet we easily overlook its structure and proper usage. The wall switch is a fundamental component for controlling lighting or electrical appliances. It achieves on/off switching by connecting the "live wire" and the "ground wire" (sometimes including a neutral wire, depending on the switch function) in the circuit.

The installation process is concealed behind the wall panel and wiring. According to standard practice, the switch box should be pre-installed in the wall, with wiring and fixing completed after the wall painting or wallpapering is finished. This not only facilitates later decoration but also improves electrical safety management.
