When High Voltage Disconnect Switch is used at various voltage levels, its main function is to change the circuit connection or to disconnect the line and the device from the power supply, thereby providing safety protection for equipment inspection and maintenance. It cannot interrupt the current and can only be used after the line is disconnected by other devices. Under normal circumstances, the current in the circuit must be disconnected by a circuit breaker or other disconnecting device before operation can be performed.
