Technology Evolution Direction
Intelligent Sensing drop out fuse
Integrated fiber optic temperature sensor (accuracy ±1°C) and Rogowski coil to achieve holographic monitoring of the action process, with a data sampling rate of up to 1MHzo
Self-recovery fuse technology
The shape memory alloy (NiTiNOL) is used to make the melt. After triggering the phase change at 160°C, it can be restored to its initial shape after cooling to 80°C, realizing automatic reclosing after fault current limiting.
New arc extinguishing medium
The mixed gas of sulfur hexafluoride (SF6) and nitrogen (ratio 1:4) is used to increase the medium strength to 3 times that of traditional materials, which is particularly suitable for DC side protection of new energy stations.
