The security performance of Powbinet is built on a multi-layered protection system. The cabinet body is constructed from cold-rolled steel sheet, bent and welded, with an epoxy resin powder coating forming an insulating layer that can withstand the electrodynamic impact of short-circuit faults. The internal busbars utilize a copper-plated tin process, reducing contact resistance while enhancing oxidation resistance, keeping long-term operating temperature rise within permissible limits.

A three-point interlocking mechanism is installed between the door panel and the cabinet body, working in conjunction with rubber sealing strips to achieve an IP54 protection rating. This sealing structure effectively prevents dust and moisture intrusion, protecting internal electrical components from environmental factors. The transparent observation window is made of polycarbonate material, meeting operational monitoring requirements while also possessing flame-retardant properties, preventing it from becoming a pathway for fire spread in abnormal circumstances.
