Structural Characteristics Of High-voltage Vacuum Circuit Breakers

Date: | Read: 3

High Voltage Vacuum Circuit Breaker is one of our company's flagship products. Today, we'd like to introduce the structural features of our high-voltage vacuum circuit breaker:

1. The high-voltage vacuum circuit breaker adopts a three-phase pillar structure, featuring stable and reliable breaking performance, no risk of combustion or explosion, maintenance-free operation, small size, light weight, and long service life.

2. The high-voltage vacuum circuit breaker uses a fully enclosed structure with excellent sealing performance, which helps improve moisture and condensation resistance, making it particularly suitable for use in extremely cold or humid areas.

3. The three-phase pillars and current transformers use imported outdoor epoxy resin solid insulation, or indoor epoxy resin with an outer layer of silicone rubber solid insulation; these features resistance to high and low temperatures, UV radiation, and aging.

4. The operating mechanism uses a miniaturized spring operating mechanism with low power energy storage motor and low energy consumption for opening and closing; the mechanism transmission uses a true-drive transmission method, resulting in a small number of parts and high reliability. The operating mechanism is housed in a sealed mechanism box, solving the problem of corrosion and improving the reliability of the mechanism.

5. The opening and closing operations of the high-voltage vacuum circuit breaker can be performed manually, electrically, or remotely. It can be integrated with intelligent controllers to achieve power distribution automation, or combined with reclosing controllers to form automatic reclosers and sectionalizers.

6. The high-voltage vacuum circuit breaker can be equipped with two-phase or three-phase current transformers for overcurrent or short-circuit protection, or to provide current acquisition signals to the intelligent controller; metering current transformers can be added according to user requirements.

7. The high-voltage vacuum circuit breaker can be equipped with an external three-phase interlocking disconnector. When the disconnector is open, the break is clearly visible, and it has an anti-misoperation interlocking device between itself and the circuit breaker body. The circuit breaker can only be operated when the disconnector is fully closed or fully open. It can be connected to surge arrester post insulators for convenient maintenance.

This concludes the article. Our company will regularly share industry-related information and product issues. Thank you for your preview.
