Regularly Perform Infrared Temperature Monitoring On Fuses.

By using an infrared thermal imager to image an electrical system, an image of the temperature distribution on the drop out fuse surface can be obtained, thereby understanding its thermal radiation and the temperature difference between components. This temperature measurement method detects infrared radiation and converts it into temperature data, enabling non-contact monitoring of operating equipment.

Using regular thermal image scans, historical temperature curves of fuses can be constructed, identifying temperature fluctuation trends or abnormal thermal patterns. Different colored areas in the thermal image display represent different surface heat outputs, allowing operators to understand, at a visual level, which fuses are generating relatively more heat and which are maintaining a more stable state, thus aiding in the assessment of overall circuit conditions.
