Matters Needing Attention When Installing The Distribution Box

Any High And Low Voltage Distribution Cabinets must be used and operated reasonably. We should also pay attention to many matters when installing the distribution box:

1. The construction power distribution system should be equipped with a main distribution box, a distribution box, and a switch box, and be hierarchically set up in the order of "main-distribution-open" to form a "three-level distribution" mode.

2. The installation positions of the distribution boxes and switch boxes in the construction power distribution system should be reasonable. The main distribution box should be as close as possible to the transformer or external power supply to facilitate the introduction of power. The distribution box should be installed as close as possible to the central area where the power equipment or load is relatively concentrated to ensure that the three-phase load remains balanced. The location of the switch box should be as close as possible to the power equipment it controls depending on the site conditions and working conditions.

3. To ensure the balance of the three-phase load of the temporary power distribution system, the power and lighting power at the construction site should form two power circuits, and the power distribution box and the lighting distribution box should be set separately.

4. All power equipment at the construction site must have their own dedicated switch boxes.

5. The box and internal settings of the distribution boxes at all levels must comply with safety regulations. The switchgear should be marked with the purpose, and the box should be uniformly numbered. The power supply of the distribution box that is no longer in use should be cut off and the box door should be locked. Fixed distribution boxes should be fenced and have rain and smash protection measures.
