Installation Process Control Of Drop-out Fuse Cutouts

During drop out fuse installation, the fuse tube axis must be maintained at an angle of 15-30° to the plumb line to ensure that the fuse drops rapidly due to gravity after melting, thereby improving system safety and reliability.

The contact resistance should be less than 50 μΩ. Use a torque wrench to tighten the fastening bolts to 25 N·m to prevent overheating and welding when high current flows. This ensures a secure connection and prevents electrical conduction abnormalities caused by overtightening or undertightening.
