d. The wiring should meet the requirements of the process documents, be neat and beautiful, firm and reliable;

e. The insulated wire is not laid on the conductive parts, and the metal components are protected;

f. There should be no joints in the middle of the connecting wire between two electrical components;

g. Electrical clearance and creepage distance

Use a 1000V megohmmeter to measure the insulation resistance of devices with a rated voltage of 1KV and below, which should be no less than 5 megohms.

a. Before the test, carefully check the internal wiring of the meter box to ensure that it complies with the electrical schematic diagram, confirm that all wiring is correct, and conduct the power-on test only after the insulation resistance meets the requirements;

b. After the components are powered on, there should be voltage at the outlet and it should be correct;

c. There should be no stuck or overload phenomenon in the switch opening and closing test of electrical components;

d. For leakage type components, start the test button and there should be protection action phenomenon;

e. Confirm that the outlets, switches and meter connections of each route correspond to each other and cannot be confused or misplaced.
