Hotel Wall Switch Layout

In the past, many hotels did not pay much attention to the installation of Wall Switch and sockets during the construction and renovation or renovation process, which caused many inconveniences for guests. For example, the light switch in the guest room bathroom is installed in the bathroom, and guests have to rely on experience and feel to grope for the switch in the dark.

Because the towel rack in the bathroom is installed in an improper position, it blocks the spare power socket, so when using an electric shaver or hair dryer, you have to pull down the towel.

Install a light that may not be needed in the closet. When the closet door is not closed tightly and the light switch cannot be touched, it will cause light leakage, affecting the guests' sleep.

The mini bar is equipped with an electric kettle, but there is no socket, so it has to be moved to the bathroom to boil water. If you want to use a hair dryer or laptop on the dressing table, because there is no spare socket on the wall above the table, you often have to look for it under the table. If there is no spare socket, you can only unplug the table lamp or TV bridge.

Some guests brought laptops, but because there is no broadband network interface, they can only shake their heads sadly.

If you want to charge your phone, you can either use a floor lamp power socket or unplug the TV or table lamp power plug. Since these power supplies are not uninterruptible power supplies, guests will find that they are not charged after they go to work and stamp their feet in anxiety.

The guest did not mean to "do not disturb", but turned on other switches and turned on one of the "do not disturb" switches installed in a row, causing the waiter to misjudge and affect the work. For this reason, the guest did not call the waiter, but the waiter received the "call" instruction and knocked on the door.

Some hotels even installed the "do not disturb" switch and the "please clean quickly" switch side by side, but did not use the "this light is dark" technical treatment. Because the guest accidentally turned off the two switches at the same time, the two indicator lights outside the door were on at the same time. You can imagine the embarrassment of the waiter after seeing this phenomenon.

The most dramatic scene is probably the scene where the guest is in a hurry to turn on the TV. Turn on the switch on the TV, and the screen is not bright. I pressed the remote control again, but there was still no image. Finally, I remembered that the switch on the bedside table was not turned on. When I turned around and turned on the bedside table switch, there was still no response. Then I realized that pressing the TV up or down button just now actually turned off the switch that was originally turned on. So I "ran around" on both ends.
