The drop out fuse features a double-layer composite arc-extinguishing tube structure, lined with a high-performance, gas-generating ceramic material. This rapidly generates gas and creates a powerful arc-blowing airflow in the event of a short circuit or overcurrent, effectively lengthening the arc path. The outer layer is coated with epoxy fiberglass, giving the overall structure excellent mechanical strength and insulation properties. Compared to traditional single-layer arc-extinguishing tube designs, arc extinguishing speed is increased by 40%, meeting the needs of frequent operation.
