Contact Resistance Control Of Drop-out Fuses

Date: | Read: 34

The contact resistance of the contact should be less than 200μΩ. It should be tested with a micro-ohmmeter before the thunderstorm season every year. If the resistance value changes by more than 20%, it should be replaced immediately. When the oxide layer thickness exceeds 0.1mm, the current carrying capacity of drop out fuse will be reduced by 30%.
